MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE

We became the proud owners of our first Shih Tzu - Fire Dance for Tantinneha (Sasha) in May 2009, we purchased her from Mr & Mrs Sharon Bradbury of Shantrionna Shih Tzu's.

 

​Sasha was everything to us from the moment we caught a glimpse of her waddling through Sharons livingroom we were smitten.



Through the coming months we maintained contact with Sasha's breeder constantly sending pictures and up dates on Sasha's progress, how i look back now at the pictures i sent Sharon of Sasha i quirm and giggle, i was so proud to be able to do a "top knot" well Sharon must of been dying to come down and show me properly how a top knot was done. This poor breeder had spent so much time and effort in raising the litter, for when i sent pictures of my "wonderful grooming skills" and pictures of sasha in the woods she must of thought OH MY lol, but Sharon would always respond with a lovely reply on how well i was looking after Sasha.

Before i could relise i was even more smitten with the breed then i first thought possible, i approached Sharon about having a friend for Sasha, she loved the company of other dogs so much it seemed the right thing to do.  At the time Sharon didnt have any puppies available but we were prepared to wait as we only wanted another one from Sharon.

In August of the same year a litter was born from Shantrionna Seventh Heaven (JW) and Shantrionna Candy Purfume from here came our new arrival and by lord Rufus made his mark here, we were asked by Sharon if we would like to show as we had kept Sasha in coat. We was up for the challenge, well Sasha had other ideas  including slipping her lead and running out the ring but that was all part of Sasha's personality everything her way or the high way lol.

When Rufus - Shantrionna Just In Time for Tantinneha became six months we started showing him, oh he loved the attention being in the ring bought him he would show all day for me no matter how many times he was asked to walk a triangle he did it with great personality, always the show off he was, he gave me the confidence to show and the bug to do it even more, from here onwards is our story we hope you will enjoy sharing these memories and special times never to be forgotten.
