• 1) Bitch must be minimum age of 18 months on day of mating.​

• 2) Not of had a litter in the previous 12 months.

• 3) Must not of had more then 3 previous litters.

• 4) Must not of had a C'section before for any given reason.

• 5) All puppies sold from any mating that has occurred where one of our Studs is the sire must go to all new owners with breeding restrictions on their K.C paperwork, this is to safe guard future puppies from our lines getting into the wrong hands.

• We are not against restrictions being lifted when puppy becomes of a suitable age minimum 18 months for a bitch and 12 months for a boy but new owners must agree to restrict any puppies that go from any resulting litters and sold to suitable pet/show homes. Again this is to maintain the safe guarding of our lines for the future.

• 6) A copy of the bitches pedigree must be forwarded to us before we will consider booking a mating. Along with details of your name, email address, mobile number and postal address.

• 7) Under no circumstances will we allow our studs to go to so called imperial/tea cup bitch's or lines that we know carry this type of breeding.

• 8) Once your girl has delivered her puppies we do expect yourselves to notify us within 24 hours of the birth, along with details of how many puppies born, their sex, colour and weight and a picure of the litter.

• 9) Although we have never allowed our boys to go to Non KC reg bitches we are not against non KC reg bitch's but do contact us so we can discuss this option with yourselves if your bitch is non KC'd but would like to us one of our boys.

• A STUD CONTRACT WILL BE EXSPECTED TO BE SIGNED AND AGREED TO OF WHICH A COPY WILL BE KEPT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE AND CALLED UPON IF NEEDED.

• We will talk in further detail with yourselves regarding any points we have made. We have tightened up on where our breeding goes due to past events so please dont think we are unapproachable we are just very cautious now.
